Darryl Sydor sits at #7 in the history of the Dallas Stars in games played and given modern day free agency it looks to be awhile before he can be bumped out of the top 10. He additionally is at #9 in points scored with 69 goals and 265 assists for 334 points, but more then likely will be passed by Tyler Seguin in the 2017-2018 Season but should hold the #10 spot for some time after that. Darryl also holds the #16 spot in penalty minutes.

Darryl was a significant part of the Dallas Stars 1999 Stanley Cup winning team playing in 74 regular season games with 14 goals, 34 assists for a team 6th best of 48 in points. During the Stanley Cup playoffs he played all 23 games collecting 3 goals and 9 assists for 12 points, good enough to be the 7th leading scorer on the team during that run. The following year Dallas lost in the Stanley Cup Finals but Sydor again was a high impact player with his regular season 34 points being good enough for 5th best on the team and his 7 points good enough to be tied for 7th on the team in the Stanley Cup Playoffs

In addition to his time in Dallas, Darryl spent time in the Minnesota Wild Coaching system where in he was Assistant Coach for the Wild's AHL affiliate Houston Aero’s that lost in the Calder Cup Finals to the Binghamton Senators. His 80 regular season games and 24 post season games makes Darryl’s Texas totals to an amazing 917 games he represented the State of Texas in Hockey.

This jersey was worn by Darryl the 2003 Dallas Stars playoffs in which it would of been worn for six games, seeing Dallas defeat the Edmonton Oilers in six games in the first round and then being defeated by The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim in six game in the second. In the playoff run Darryl played in all 12 games and had 6 assists and 6 penalty minutes.
