Jacques "The Mailman" Mailhot was one of the most feared tough guys in the early days of the WPHL. At 6' 03" he was a bone jarring, forechecking winger that used all of his 220 lbs to deal punishment with gloves on or gloves off. During the inaugural season of the Central Texas Stampede and the WPHL in 1996-97, The Mailman collected a eye-popping 247 Penalty minutes in only 34 games.
